Dark Day Campground is a 10-site campground in Tahoe National Forest. It accommodates boat-in sites, car camping, camper vans, and fifth wheels, with sites for RVs up to 45 ft. It is a no-hookup campground. Around 10 sites are shaded. Pets are welcome at some sites and most sites have a fire pit. Maximum party size is 18. Like most popular Recreation.gov campgrounds, Dark Day Campground books up months ahead, but cancellations open regularly.
