Peterson Prairie Campground is a 30-site campground in Gifford Pinchot National Forest. It accommodates fifth wheels, RVs, tents, and trailers, with sites for RVs up to 40 ft. It is a no-hookup campground. Waterfront and Riverfront sites are available. Around 30 sites are shaded. Pets are welcome at some sites and most sites have a fire pit. Maximum party size is 50. Like most popular Recreation.gov campgrounds, Peterson Prairie Campground books up months ahead, but cancellations open regularly.
