Overview

This location is available on a first-come, first-served basis only. Visitors are required to physically arrive at the campground to purchase and claim a site. Once on-site, you may be able to pay for your campsite(s) by scanning a QR code using the Recreation.gov mobile app, and the Scan and Pay feature.

If this option is available, you will need to first download the free Recreation.gov mobile app https://www.recreation.gov/mobile-app prior to your arrival as some remote areas have limited or no cellular service.

Getting there

Exit I-5 heading east on Highway 58 heading towards Oakridge, OR. Just past mile post 31 take a left on the road across from the Middle Fork Ranger District. After crossing the metal bridge take a left at the stop sign onto Forest Service Road 19. In approximately 1 mile go straight through the intersection to remain on the 19 Road. Just before mile post 32 take a right onto the 1957 road. This road will continue for approximately 4 miles before ending in the campground parking area. Note: The 1957 road is rough and brushy. A high clearance vehicle is needed to reach the campground safely.
